Our commitment goes beyond our plants: we generate a positive impact on the environment, driving energy development, fostering harmonious coexistence with nearby communities, and enhancing the natural surroundings.

We contribute to energy independence and security, economic revitalization, population retention, and the sustainable development of rural communities.
With every decision, we drive a cleaner, more efficient, and more responsible energy model.
Our commitments are the foundation of a transformative vision for the planet and its communities. They are based on collaboration, transparency, and the sustainable development of regions.

We collaborate transparently with local communities to promote the sustainable development of the areas where we operate.
We actively and transparently cooperate with local and regional administrations, as well as various stakeholders (communities, agricultural cooperatives, universities, etc.), to jointly develop biomethane production projects.
We establish strong agreements that reflect the interests of all parties—local actors, regional stakeholders, institutions, and associations—promoting sustainability and mutual benefit.

This approach contributes to a closed, circular, and sustainable production cycle. We incorporate cutting-edge technology and design to optimize the biomethane production process.
The plants are designed for zero water consumption, allowing the use of rainwater and wastewater, which are later reused in the production circuits—eliminating the need for additional water intake.

Our plants will be located in rural areas, far from any urban centers.
Waste materials will be sourced from nearby, already existing farms, within a maximum radius of 40 kilometers from the facilities.
The production of new sustainable fertilizers for local agricultural soils—made from manure, slurry, and crop residues—promotes the circular economy.

We collaborate in developing education and environmental awareness programs, promoting values such as the importance of recycling, sustainability, and the benefits of biomethane. In this way, we tackle environmental challenges with the goal of ensuring a more sustainable future.

Our commitment goes beyond our plants: we generate a positive impact on the environment, driving energy development, fostering harmonious coexistence with nearby communities, and enhancing the natural surroundings.
With every decision we make, we drive a cleaner, more efficient and responsible energy model.
Our commitments are the basis of a transformative vision for the planet and communities. They are based on collaboration, transparency and the sustainable development of territories.
We are committed to the sustainable development of the communities where we operate. That is why we promote the creation of high-quality, long-term green jobs by providing training for the local population. We support their economic revitalisation by contributing to the funding of local authorities through tax payments, and we foster ethical, professional, and environmentally responsible practices.
We exclude any type of industrial, meat-processing or municipal solid waste from our plants. By exclusively recovering agricultural and livestock waste from already existing farms, we ensure the sustainability of the primary sector, enabling greater environmental control and reducing the risk of soil and groundwater contamination in rural areas. In addition, we support the sustainable development of livestock facilities.
We support a self-sufficient energy mix by promoting the local production and use of biomethane, thereby replacing imported fossil-based natural gas. Sustainable energy sources are key to meeting decarbonisation targets, as well as ensuring a secure and resilient energy supply.
Continuous improvement is one of our core values, applied across our plants and throughout the most demanding construction, production, and design processes.

Biorig was founded with the aim of providing innovative solutions in the area of renewable gases and CO₂ capture.

Biomethane, a key renewable gas for energy transition and independence.

We develop and operate facilities for the production of biomethane, bioCO2 capture and organic fertilisers.

Transforming challenges into opportunities for the primary sector.

During the biomethane production process we generate an EU-certified organic fertiliser that contributes to the improvement of agricultural soils.

The circular economy of biomethane: from farm to field and without waste or smells.
Our biomethane plants play a strategic role in rural development and are essential for the long-term management and recovery of waste.
